Where reviews come from
The current imported review collection contains 16 reviews supplied to VYLE from AliExpress. They were not submitted through the VYLE shop and are not verified VYLE purchases. The original listing and its match to the VYLE AURA model have not yet been independently confirmed. References to delivery, seller service or product performance in these imported reviews describe the reviewer's original purchase, not necessarily a purchase from VYLE.
Ratings and presentation
The displayed rating is the arithmetic average of the reviews included in the displayed collection. It is not a Trustpilot score or a rating of all VYLE customers. The imported collection is a supplied selection, not a verified complete export of the original listing's reviews. Reviews may be translated into English for readability. Display names may be masked to protect privacy.
Submitting your own review
You can use “Write a review” on the product page to send your display name, email address, rating and comments to the VYLE team. Submission does not automatically publish your review or change the displayed rating. Approved reviews are added manually to the gallery.
Moderation and privacy
All ratings are welcome. Reviews are checked for spam, personal information and relevance before publication; a negative rating alone is not grounds for rejection. Your email address is used to handle your submission and is not displayed with your review. We request your consent to publish your display name, rating and comments.
