These terms apply to purchases from this website. Please read them with our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds and Privacy policies before ordering. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Keep a copy of the information provided with your order.

Products and safe use

Read the product description, technical specifications and instructions before purchase. Use VYLE AURA™ only as directed in the supplied manual, including positioning, eye protection, session settings, care and electrical safety. Research information is educational and does not replace individual medical advice. No specific outcome is guaranteed. Product statements and specifications must accurately match the model supplied.

Prices and payment

The currency shown on the product page and at checkout applies to your order. The total price, applicable taxes, delivery costs and any additional charges must be clearly disclosed before you pay. Payment methods available to your order are displayed at checkout. Any Klarna option is subject to eligibility and Klarna's terms; only the actual checkout offer applies.

Placing and accepting an order

You can review your items, address and payment details before submitting your order. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for goods we cannot supply. We will not substitute a materially different product or change the agreed price without your agreement.

Delivery

Countries served, processing times, delivery estimates, charges and customs arrangements are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy and the information shown before purchase. VYLE offers free express delivery to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Belgium and the United States, with an estimated delivery period of 5–10 days. Where consumer law applies, risk remains with us until the goods are physically received by you or your nominated recipient, except where a statutory exception applies.

Cancellation, returns and faulty goods

Our Returns & Refunds policy explains how to cancel, the applicable cancellation period, the return procedure and refunds. Statutory rights regarding goods that are faulty, misdescribed or unfit for purpose are unaffected. VYLE offers a 30-day money-back guarantee as described in the Returns & Refunds policy, additional to those rights.

Website use

Do not use the website unlawfully, interfere with its security or infringe intellectual property rights. Product and brand content may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Third-party payment, hosting and other services may have their own applicable terms.

Responsibility and disputes

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including mandatory consumer protections.
